How we use and retain your information
We use your details to answer inquiries, discuss projects, prepare quotes, arrange consultations, and manage bookings. We send emails and text messages only for inquiries and bookings, not promotional campaigns.
We do not sell client details or share them for other businesses’ use or marketing. Our website and its forms use Wix to process the information you submit, as explained below.
We retain client details for 60 days. This period refers to client details; it does not set a retention or delivery period for photo and video files. Your service agreement should address those files separately.
We ask for permission before posting client photos or videos. Sending an inquiry or making a booking does not itself give permission to publish your images.
